I originally invested (savings monies) directly in the Homestead Mortgage Income Fund and it delivered consistent returns amid broad market fluctuations. When I changed jobs and rolled money out of my 401K into a Rollover IRA, I invested a second round through my Schwab brokerage account, and now am enjoying consistent market-leading earnings with tax deferral in addition to my initial direct investment.
