Corp., Mr. David Belleville was co-owner of a property management company and a real estate investor for 11 years. Mr. David Belleville graduated from UC Davis in 1981 with a degree in Science. |

Mr. Steven Belleville is also a California Department of Real Estate licensed sales person. Mr. Steven Belleville joined E.C.I. Corp in 2003, and last held the position of Vice President of Commercial Lending and Branch Manager. Mr. Steve Belleville is a real estate investor, founding member of Small Business Capital Corp., but is not involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Steven Belleville previously worked in the high tech industry for 18 years and recently held a Director position at a Fortune 500 electronics company. Mr. Steven Belleville has an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors degree from UCLA. |
